Yes it is and we've had 2 snows this month - lol. First one was just a dusting but school still got cancelled. The one this week was much better. It barely stuck to the roads which meant ice in the morning, but stuck great to everything else. Here are some pictures I took. The ones at night were taken from my son's bedroom window. I thought they turned out so cool!
